The tree nursery was successfully built in Jagang Province of the DPRK.

The completion of the tree nursery equipped with favorable conditions for the employees’ work and living, including substrate-producing ground, seed selection and seeding grounds, sapling greenhouse, sci-tech learning space and dwelling houses, opened up a prospect for increasing the sapling production.

An inauguration ceremony took place on the spot on December 22.

Present there were Kang Pong Hun, chief secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders and employees of the tree nursery.

Kim Yong Chun, chairman of the provincial people’s committee, made an inauguration address.
